My name is Emily Felix and I'm so excited to be teaching first grade at Our Lady of Fatima School. I grew up near Lancaster, PA with my parents and two sisters. I currently reside in Coraopolis with my husband and daughter. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, and kayaking. I love nature, fresh air, and sunshine!
I attended the University of Pittsburgh for my undergraduate studies in Psychology. I also have my Masters in Elementary Education from Indiana University of PA. I previously taught first grade at Saint Joseph School in Coraopolis. After the school sadly closed, I stayed home with my daughter for a few years. I then worked as an instructional aide for the Cornell School District for several years. I am so happy to be back in Catholic education.
